J is the church management and AI discipleship platform built for Pentecostal and Charismatic churches — single-site or multi-branch, wherever your congregation is. Manage every branch. Disciple every new believer. Multiply what God is doing.
Now piloting with Cedars House of Grace.
We're early, and we'd rather earn the tenth church than fake the hundredth.
Most churches lose people in the stretch between the altar call and the next Sunday — not because they stopped believing, but because nobody was assigned to notice. The first season after a decision is the one nobody owns.
Illustrative — the shape of the problem, not data from any church using J.
Every decision recorded in J opens a discipleship journey automatically. From there the Retention tab under Discipleship groups your new believers into monthly cohorts and reports what share of each cohort is still engaged at 30, 60 and 90 days — for the whole church, or filtered to a single branch.
It also reports how many of them were matched to a mentor inside their first week, which is usually the number that explains the rest.
Cohort retention is available to pastors and above.
Not a feature list — the actual path a soul takes from altar call to discipleship, and what J does at each step.
A pastor or admin records the decision — name, contact, and the cell they are closest to. The moment that decision date is saved, J opens their discipleship journey automatically. Nobody has to remember to start one.
Branch Dashboard — New Converts
Cell leaders own their own attendance entirely. A missed Sunday service and a missed cell meeting both land in one place, so a quiet fortnight is visible as a pattern rather than a feeling.
A 90-day reading track written for someone who just said yes — short daily readings with a key scripture, paced for a new believer rather than a seminary student, with their progress visible to the people responsible for them.
Questions rarely wait for Sunday. WordLight answers them in your church's own words — grounded in the teaching your leaders have approved, and calibrated to where that member actually is in their journey, not pitched at everyone the same way.
When attendance and engagement fall away, J raises it on the pastor's dashboard and scores who is most at risk — so the follow-up call happens while it is still a call from a friend, not from a stranger.
Five layers, built to work together rather than bolted onto each other — so a branch, a zone and a headquarters are all looking at the same records.
Members, attendance and money in one place. Giving is restricted by design: amounts are visible only to administrators and finance-cleared leadership, never to cell leaders — enforced by the database, not by a setting someone can forget.
Cell leaders own their own attendance, week to week. Each cell is scored growing, stable or declining from its own recent meetings, and every meeting records whether the week's curriculum was actually taught.
A 90-day First Steps track for every new believer, and an AI tutor that answers from your church's own approved teaching — with Pray This for a prayer in the moment and Vibe Check for the days a member cannot name what they are carrying.
First Steps is on every plan. The AI tutor — and with it Pray This and Vibe Check — is included from a certain plan upward; the calculator below shows which.
Every branch rolled up for headquarters, and each one measured against its real peers — branches of a similar size, branches in the same country, and the whole body — across attendance, cell meetings, curriculum, new converts, mentor coverage, giving per member and 90-day retention, branch by branch.
What the congregation actually holds in their hands, free for every member: this week's devotionals, the sermon library, their own First Steps progress, the Bible with their highlights and notes, and their cell's lesson for the week. A member can see their own giving history after confirming it is them by email.
The things your admin team, your ushers and your pastors already do every week — connected, not bolted on.
Tithes and offerings collected in Naira and recorded against the right fund automatically. Amounts stay visible only to the people entitled to see them.
Each section has its own code. A member scans it and their branch and section are captured for them — they never pick from a list. An admin can still check someone in by hand when a phone fails.
Five translations — Yoruba, Igbo and Hausa alongside two English versions — with highlights, notes and shareable verses, free for every member.
Bishop, pastor, zone leader, cell leader, admin. Authority follows the branch and zone each person actually oversees, not a flat permission list.
Provinces, zones, branches and cells in one tree — each with its own records, rolled up to a headquarters view that can compare branches against each other.
A visitor scans the same code at the door and leaves their details themselves — no app, no sign-up, no clipboard. They are in your records before they reach their seat.
Sermon Studio
Upload the recording or paste a YouTube link. J transcribes it, then hands the transcript back to you: delete what shouldn't carry, tag the lines that should. Those tags tell the AI what to lean on.
It drafts six daily devotionals, Monday to Saturday, each with a key scripture. You edit every one and you approve every one. Nothing reaches a single member until a pastor has said yes to it.
AI Bible Tutor
WordLight is not a general chatbot pointed at scripture. It answers from your church's own doctrinal statement and the teaching material your leaders have uploaded and approved, and it pitches the answer at the stage that member is actually at.
Questions that suggest someone is in real distress are handled differently: the member is shown local crisis lines, and a leader is only ever told if that member says yes.
Not included on every plan. The calculator below shows which plans carry it, and how many questions a month each one allows.
Priced in narrow steps, not big jumps
Priced by membership size in tight bands, so growing never means a punishing price jump. Every plan includes the full platform, and the member experience is free for every member on every tier. Drag the slider to find yours.
Every plan includes the full platform. What changes as you grow: AI Bible Tutor access, WordLight query volume, and Teaching Library storage.
"Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path."
Psalm 119:105
Every believer deserves someone watching for their next step. J exists so that no church has to choose between growing and shepherding — so the light reaches every branch, every cell and every member, wherever they are, one person at a time.
